Hello, and Welcome Back!

Well, before we get into building your health and wellness team, let’s take a look at some of the pros who rely/relied on chiropractic to keep them able to push beyond normal human capacities:

Michael Jordan,

“I didn’t know how much I could improve until I started seeing a chiropractor. Since I’ve been in chiropractic, I’ve improved by leaps and bounds both mentally and physically.”

Tom Brady,

“Chiropractic just makes you feel so much better, When I walk out of the clinic, I feel about 3 inches taller and everything is in place.”

Lance Armstrong,

“The team wasn’t just riders. It was the mechanics, masseurs, chefs, and doctors. But the most important man on the team may have been the chiropractor.”

The riders on the US Postal Team that Lance rode for were adjusted at least 7 times a day during the Tour de France. During that time every rider finished every race except one who crashed and broke his wrist. Amazing!

Roberto Clemente,

Clemente was my baseball idol growing up. He loved chiropractic care and attributed much of his ability to withstand the long seasons to the chiropractic care he received.

When asked by broadcasters after a game how he was doing he said,

“If not for chiropractic, I wouldn’t be playing now.”

Brooks Keopka,

Not too long ago Brooks was the number one golfer on the PGA Tour. His caddie is a chiropractor who adjusts him right on the course before shots. You can find a video of this on YouTube.

Other athletes and celebrities who swear by their chiropractors are Michael Phelps, James Harrison (Steelers Outside Linebacker), Soccer superstar Cristiano Ronaldo, Tiger Woods, Joe Montana, Mel Gibson, Liza Minelli, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Evander Holyfield, Dolly Parton, Betty White, and Bob Hope.

Bands such as Pink Floyd and the Rolling Stones aligned their tours so they could receive chiropractic care, and had chiropractors tour with them.

It’s easy to look at all these people and say they live grueling lives and need to have chiropractors and health and wellness teams, but apart from the fame and the money, is your life not as grueling? Are you expected to be “on” and ready to go at any moment? Do you need to be 100% 100% of the time?

In my opinion, most of us need help, we need time to rest, time to recover, and adapt to the challenges of our daily lives. We need guidance and a team of people and services around us that help us be able to play this game, the biggest game of all-the game of life!

It’s the worker bees, people like you and me who built this civilization and who will carry it into the future.  Think of how much better it would be for all if you and I had some help, some understanding, and time to do the miracles we do each and every day. The world around us exists because of what we do and don’t do. We are very, very important and are the superstars of the universes in which we live.

Are you starting to get the idea of how much you need a health and wellness team?

Can you see how a really great chiropractor could be a huge part of that team?

I hope so because I’m running out of space to beat this point any further into the ground.

Think about it. A health and wellness team of your very own!

Okay, next blog we’ll talk about building a team.

Take Care,

Dr. Dave
