Hello Once Again,

Thanks for reading along. I hope these last few blogs have been interesting to you, and have put you into motion!

This should be the last blog in this series and so I want to kind of summarize all of this woo-woo stuff and perhaps talk about how you can get moving.

In the previous blogs, I talked about moving and being in motion, not just physically like walking or moving to a new house, but mentally and spiritually as well.

Know that one cannot be mobile and move without being so physically, mentally, and spiritually ensemble.

Movement physically is pretty obvious and involves simply moving one’s body from point A to point B. This can be as simple as walking from the kitchen to the living room, or as involved as selling off everything one owns and moving to Mars!

It is my opinion that one should take many short walks throughout the day, as many as 6 to 8 times and probably no longer than to the end of the block and back. One should walk through their big toes and allow their arms to swing freely. When this is grooved in, one should feel as if he or she is floating or gliding along.

I would be happy to show you how, and perhaps someday we’ll make a video to help.

These walks can and will “undo” many of the poor postures and learned dysfunctions that come from the live a day world, and will prove quite therapeutic. There was an earlier blog a few weeks ago where I discussed the importance of taking the time to “undo”. Check it out!

Physical movement is one of the easiest things to do, and yet very few people do it on a daily basis.

This can also include moving to a safer neighborhood, moving one’s body away from harm, putting one’s body to bed at a reasonable hour, putting healthier foods in one’s mouth… the combinations and possibilities are endless.

Make a decision (mental movement) and then move your body, your life, and your happiness to somewhere that is better suited to you.

C.S. Lewis once said,

“If we find ourselves with a desire that nothing in this world can satisfy, the most probable explanation is that we were made for another world.”

SO… MOVE!!! Why stand there and have “life” beat the crap out of you?

MOVE!!!

Mentally, wow… how would one move mentally?

One would simply look at what is and decide; decide what is, where he is and if not acceptable, then grab his body by the scruff and move… make it how one decides that it should be.

“Oh, it’s not that easy!”

If that’s what you think then yeah, it’s not that easy and it will be difficult to move, to bring about the change that you imagine.

A fun thing to do is consider those challenges that one might consider, “scary”, and conceive some way or manner that he or she might be able to overcome those fears, and if so brave… grab your body by the scruff AND MOVE!!! Go on- do it!

As one gains confidence through victory, one will be willing to take on even greater challenges, and in doing so… well, MOVE!!! He will now be mobile in mind, body, and spirit.

One can begin to shed the shackles of stuck thoughts, self-defeating ideas, regret, and all of the other mental components of the traps one believes he is stuck in.

Look at what is, decide and move! Move into the world of one’s own dreams and thoughts, and into the world of new possibilities.

Again, this is all movement and growth and expansion and truly livingness!

I guess that brings us to spirituality.

To me, moving spiritually is being able to shift one’s viewpoint and assume the viewpoint of another, you know, look at the world as another sees it and understands it, and simply allowing that other viewpoint to be.

Keep in mind that the viewpoint is in fact the being himself- it is the thing that we are- not a body or a mind, but the spirit, the viewpoint.

One must also be willing to allow another to assume their viewpoint, and each can know and understand the other.

If one were to consider how freeing that would be, to simply allow another to exist simply because he wants to exist- WOW!!!!!

Think how spun up most get worrying about others and what they are doing, and needing to be right, and making others wrong, blah, blah, blah…. Talk about not being mobile, talk about not being able to move- wow!

Help others to prosper, to do well, to live better and there wouldn’t be anything a person couldn’t be, do or have. This to me is the peace and happiness so many seek.

If you want to be free, help others be free. Want to be happy, help others be happy. Want to be prosperous, healthy, and well… help others be prosperous and healthy and well….. I think you get the point.

And so I have revealed the master scheme of Paragon Chiropractic and all that we try to do in our practice.

This should come as no surprise, and if one wanted to go back and read my earlier blogs in one way or another they all talk about the importance of taking care of others- this is the key to health and wellness and all that a person could ever wish for.

Each adjustment, every exercise, every communication cycle, every vitamin, and health advice is meant to help you become more and more mobile, to be able to move gracefully and with purpose as you work to help the survival of the one thing we all desperately need… each other!

So get out there and start planting your trees… you can always change your mind, and what of it? The world will be covered in beautiful forests!

Well, thanks for reading along and as usual I am very, very interested in what you think so please do not hesitate to contact me below, e-mail, or stop by the office.
